Our tens of thousands of virtual office clients need places to meet—sometimes just once in a while, sometimes regularly—and until now, that’s been a gap in the market.
Demand for meeting space in flexible offices has surged by more than 70% over the last few years, driven by hybrid work and the shift away from long-term leases.
With the Alliance Virtual Offices app, we now have more than 400 rooms available for instant booking, and we’re on track to reach 1,500 by year-end. We expect to have 10,000 in 2026. That’s not just a convenience—it’s a revenue driver for our center partners and a loyalty driver for clients.
Making Compliance Easier for Clients and Partners Alike
Alongside that, we’ve launched a fully operational suite of verification tools called Verified – government-compliance solutions that make the client onboarding and compliance process smoother for both centers and clients.
When done right, this reduces friction, speeds up onboarding, and keeps everyone on the right side of regulation without slowing down business.

That’s our internal shorthand for the next evolution of our mail notification system towards digital mail management. It’s still early, but the goal is clear: to make mail management as seamless and efficient as the rest of our platform.
