The surge is a striking and unexpected turnaround after a 40-year decline in U.S. entrepreneurship.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The US Census Bureau also reports an astonishing increase in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.census.gov\/econ\/bfs\/data.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new business formations<\/a>.
